When you find out your mom has unhealthy cell tumors, aka the C word, lots of emotions & thoughts will come up. Our family has been learning lots this last 3 months since Mom was given her diagnosis. And we are feeling incredibly proud of our mom as she has been navigating what to do to support her return to full health.

DNA is real.  Energy is real.  Transformations are real.  Pain is part of being human.  Stress hurts.  Mindful walking helps.  Discomfort is part of being human.  Over-working exhausts.  Being alive is a miracle.  Difficult times are part of being human.  Fight or flight causes dis-ease.  Progress is the way.  Baby steps are important.  Perfection is painful.  Breathing helps.  Relaxing & enjoying is key.  We are worthy of unconditional love now.  

Our mom knows that it's not her all alone healing.  We too, are highly aware that this journey she is on, is a wakeup call to all of us....to transform, to evolve, to look within and examine how we are choosing to live our lives.  And if we believe that our healing impacts 7 generations behind us and 7 generations ahead of us....then we know, that us releasing dysfunctional beliefs & patterns & habits, can surely support our mom's return to full strength!  Come listen to Aaron share a little bit about what he is discovering during this time....
