Episode 37 features Ron Millward! Ron and I connected through Instagram a little over a year ago, when I noticed him dating a lovely healer friend of mine over in Pennsylvania! I started following him & learned of his incredible work at Balanced Veterans Network, & I knew I wanted to interview him for the Our Healing Voices podcast & youtube channel. (**Warning--if you struggle with your mental health, some of the raw sharing could trigger you.)

My conversation with Ron Millward in Episode 37 filled my spirit up with hope! I felt so blessed throughout the interview, as we dropped in about mental health, self-healing, church upbringings, life after the military, plant medicines, & living. I was also thankful to learn more about the organization Balanced Veterans Network that Ron founded to offer wellness education & intentional support to veterans & their families!
